Sweet Pea Crochet Along

No new sewing to show atm, crochet has taken over!

This is Lucy from Attic 24's swet pea trellis stripe blanket that I am joining in the crochet along for and currently very much enjoying the crochet journey!

It's coming everywhere with me (which is tricky now it's getting big!) and crochet consumes my days!

Such lovely colours though, to help me dream the cold dreary days away til summer comes and I can plant my sweet peas for real!

New Cousin

Another new cousin!  So lovely to see my family grow!  As has become this year's habit, I sent a baby blanket!

 I went full on floral for this one, because I really wanted to and luckily for me my cousin liked it!

So many pretty prints!  Welcome to the world little P!  Can't wait to meet you at Christmas x

Baby Blanket

I had a craving to make patchwork and a friend needed a blanket for a new baby in his family, so this blanket was born!

The patches are various cottons from stash.  It has a fleece back and a satin binding.

The name and duck outline are appliqued and it's quilted in the ditch.

Quite happy with how it turned out!
