Oh, the Huge Manatee!

Because, well why not?!  It's such a cuddly toy, I think I need to make one for me!

I fell in love with this pattern and I was so pleased to be able to make it for a good friends birthday (I've no idea what she thinks of it!).

It's made of corduroy and some fleece scraps for the eyes and nostrils and the pattern is from the book 101 ways to sew a metre of fabric.

Just look at that adorable face!
